Waitlist applicants will submit a waitlist security deposit equal to the monthly rental rate of the unit they are requesting. Deposit will be refundable up until the time that their name is called for the available unit. Deposit will be applied to the hangar as a Security Deposit at the time of rental. Should applicant fail to be contacted when their position is up, then they will move to the back of the waitlist.
