RENT YOUR HANGAR AND MOVE UP |
One option for relocating hangar owners is:
1) Move your hangar over to our property into your qualified space and move in
2) Reserve a new hangar at our facility
3) Once the new hangar you have reserved is open for occupancy, Have us rent out your relocated hangar at a full rental price, The difference from the rental price, after your relocated hangar's ground rent is covered, goes towards the rental cost of your new hangar. ( I.E.: Your ground rent is $350/month, you move into one of our new hangars at $800/month and let us rent out your hangar for $750/month [example price]. After your ground rent is covered [$750-$350] the remaining $400 goes towards your monthly rent for your new hangars of $800/month.)
4) Your new rental rate would be about the same as you would pay for a ground lease
Benefits of this:
-You get to use a brand new hangar with electric bi-fold doors, lights, cypher lock walk-in doors, compressed air systems, and much more.
-You still own your qualified relocated hangar
-The cost difference could be as little as $20 extra a month of what you would just pay for ground rent to get you into a brand new hangar
NOTE: Relocation tenants will not be permitted to sub-lease their hangars out themselves, only relocation tenants approved by the Park Manager may submit their hangars for rental.
